Led by Jon Ward, a native of North Carolina, JW2 believes in a ‘hands on’, customer first approach. With over 23 years of construction management experience, Jon’s philosophy has always been building exceptional homes and even better relationships.
Family owned since 2015.
Jon Ward graduated from North Carolina State University in 1998 and immediately started working in the construction industry. Jon learned from two of the best working as the field manager for Mason Williams Construction and the construction manager for Legacy Custom Homes. During this time, he worked directly with owners, architects, and subcontractors to oversee projects from estimating to
completion. He was the primary point of contact on multiple projects and led the day-to-day decisions and construction activities. In 2015, JW2 Building Company was established.
